VeteranX
End to End Product Campaign

The Challenge

VeteranX came to us with a simple mission: connect talented military veterans with meaningful career opportunities. They had developed a powerful new AI platform to match military service leavers with support, information and employment. But with the launch date looming, they faced a problem. They had a great product, but no strategy to get it in front of their target audience.

They had two established thought leaders with existing reach into their target audience, but sought our support shaping a strategy that put the brand first, drove user acquisition and launched VeteranX.

Fill Your Boots is an online community for British Defence who we worked with previously as part of the Army’s Mental Health Campaigns.

Johnny Mercer is the former Veterans’ Minister, who now campaigns on Veterans’ issues.

Our challenge was to bring together existing channels, shape VeteranX’s own voice and approach and drive user acquisition. They needed more than a marketing campaign; they needed us to establish their voice, build trust with their target audience , and drive users to the platform in a short amount of time.

The Solution

We closely partnered with VeteranX team to develop and execute a comprehensive communications plan from the ground up:

  • Strategic Direction: We held workshops with the leadership team to align on the core brand message and define a clear communications strategy for the app launch.

  • End-to-End Content Creation: We managed and directed full-scale video, creating a suite of high-impact assets designed to tell VeteranX's story and drive acquisition.

  • Managed Social Media Campaign: We took full ownership of their social media presence, from creation, to content, then posting and community engagement, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand narrative.

“More Than Content were brilliant, working with us to shape our direction and delivering incredible impact and value for VeteranX. Highly recommend them for your launch or comms requirements.”
